Holy Prophet’s Day observed with due religious dignity.

With the aim to affirm Human rights, global peace and moral awareness, Prophet Mohammad Mustafa (pbuh) appeared in the world on August 29, 570.

Thursday on this occasion, Quran Khatam, Zikir, Qiyam, Mushaira, Waj and Sama Mahfil was held in Chittagong Darbar Sharif. Followers and Lovers (Ashek-e Rasool) of Prophet Mohammed (pbuh) took part from different areas of the country.

Initiator of the Prophet’s Day Allama Syed Jafar Sadek Shah, the Grand Shayk and Sajjada Nashin of Chattogram Darbar Sharif presented an enlightening speech in this aspect.

The holy ceremony was addressed by special guest Hazrat Mawlana Dalilur Rahman Rajapuri, the Sajjadanshin of Comilla Rajapur Darbar Sharif and Syed Mufti Mawlana Muhammad Ashekul Bari, the grandson of the founder of Al Amin Bariya Madrasa; Pir Hajrath Sufi Hafeez Syed Abdul Bari Shah (R.A.). 

Principle of the Sultanul Arefeen Cadet Madrasha Mawlan Mohammed Abul Kashem and Viceeprincipal Mawlana Mohammed Tanbirul Islam were also addressed among some others.

The organizers said, considering the flood situation and to provide relief assistance to the flood victims, this year it has organized on a small scale at the Durbar premises instead of City Center. Apart from this, lovers of the Holy Prophet (pbuh) have organized some other Mahfil focusing on the Prophet’s Day August 29 at home and abroad.
