“Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degrees (EMJMD) For International Students”
Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degrees (EMJMD) are high-level, integrated postgraduate study programs offered by a consortium of higher education institutions from different countries These programs aim to promote academic excellence, quality improvements, innovation and international co-operation in higher education.
Through EMJMD programs students are required to study in two different countries (at least) within the consortium, allowing for a diverse and comprehensive educational experience. These programs are offered by consortia of higher education institutions from various European countries including(but not limited to)Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Netherlands, Portugal,Spain,Sweden.It covers tuition fees, travel costs and a living allowance of scholars.
Eligibility for the EMJMD scholarships includes:
- Students from any country around the world.
- Applicants who have completed a first higher education degree (bachelor’s degree) or demonstrate a recognized equivalent level of learning.
- Applicants who meet the specific eligibility criteria set by the individual master’s program they are applying for.(Visit official website)
Application deadlines for EMJMD scholarships vary by program. Generally, the application process begins in the fall (around October to December) and closes between January and February for courses starting the following academic year. Specific deadlines can be found on the program’s website.
