As-Salāmu ‘alaykum wa-raḥmatu Llāhi wa-barakātuh.
A‘ūdhu bi-Llāhi mina sh-shayṭāni r-rajīm. Bismi Llāhi r-Raḥmāni r-Raḥīm. Aṣ-ṣalātu wa-s- Salāmu ‘alá Rasūlinā Muḥammadin Sayyidi l-awwalīna wa-l-ākhirīn. Madad yā Rasūla Llāh, madad yā Sādātī Aṣḥābi Rasūli Llāh, madad yā Mashāyikhanā, dastūr Mawlānā Shaykh ‘Abdu Llāh al-Fā’iz ad-Dāghistānī, Shaykh Muḥammad Nāẓim al-Ḥaqqānī. Madad.
Ṭarīqatuna ṣ-ṣuḥbah, wa-l-khayru fi l-jam’iyyah.
Our Holy Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam says that Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla created us in the best form both in appearance and in attitude. Our Holy Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam teaches us the best things. What he صلى الله عليه وسلم teaches us makes us human. He صلى الله عليه وسلم puts us on the way of perfect humanity. Those who don’t follow him صلى الله عليه وسلم go out of that way step by step. They go out of humanity.
Therefore, one of the good things shown by our Holy Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam is that he صلى الله عليه وسلم tells us to associate with those people your father loved. Show respect to them. This is from Islām. This is what our Holy Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم says. Because good people are few. It means that people of past times, who knew your father, have characteristics and nature similar to his. Their nature and characteristics will pass on to you. They will pass on to your family from you. Therefore, good people should not leave each other. They should always be in touch. They should always be together as much as possible. They should not forget each other. This is an important thing.
Because people of the present time don’t appreciate anything anymore. What they value are useless things, useless people, harmful people. They spend time with them and take on their attributes. If they have some humanity, they lose it. And then they regret it. It is bad both spiritually and physically because being with bad people brings harm to you also. Who is with bad ones never profits. Who is with shayṭān never profits. Shayṭān says openly to Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla, “I will harm these people. I will take them out of the way. I will make them get used to badness. I will make them enemies to each other.”
Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla wants good people to be together. “Be together and don’t be separate,” says Allāh ‘Azza wa -Jalla.
Therefore, one of the most important things is to show respect to relatives and the good friends of your parents. At least, you should show respect and keep in touch on occasion.
May Allāh جل جلاله protect us. Because as we said, many people lose many things when passing something on to each other. Things they lose can’t be found again. Therefore, may Allāh جل جلاله let us gather with the good ones. May Allāh جل جلاله make us always together with good ones, in shā’a Llāh. Who are with good ones, will be with good ones both here and hereafter by permission of Allāh جل جلاله
Our Prophet Sayyidunā Muḥammad ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam, he صلى الله عليه وسلم [is] the best example for humanity how to be human. To be human it is . . . Sometimes people they don’t know. They thought they are human but really they don’t do what human must do. Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam – Allāh جل جلاله He جل جلاله gave him صلى الله عليه وسلم [as] example for whole humanity, not only Muslim, non-Muslim also, – for whole world. Allāh جل جلاله send him صلى الله عليه وسلم to teach people how to be human, not to be animal, not to be something, anything else of human. He صلى الله عليه وسلم give us best example. If you follow him صلى الله عليه وسلم, you become perfect human.
Of course, perfect our Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam, insānu l-kāmil – whole, everything, nothing – you cannot find any anything not good. Everything perfect. But for us we can be following as much we can do. It’s okay also because we cannot do hundred percent perfect. So Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam showing us how to be perfect one. From his acting or saying, teaching, all this showing us. And the most of important thing for Muslim to be in contact with good people, especially relative and especially for relative – okay, everybody know them. But sometimes, Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam, you must be friend and respect and contact the friend of your father, friend of your mother or other. Don’t cut this contact because this people, your father, mother, they was happy with them, they were friend with them. And this is giving you reward also. “Abarru l-birr,” saying Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam, meaning the most reward for you to continue this relationship between this, because they are good people. Your father good people and they are, they will be happy to continue this and with you continue for your son, for your grandson, for other grandson, their grandson. And so they will be good gathering for believer, for mu’min, for good people, for people who like to live as a human.
Because this time, as we said every time, they are, they are proud to be not human, to throw what human must do, to throw this away and doing what animal doing or what animal cannot do what they are doing. So for this, if you find good people, you must be with them. Don’t lose them. For this, Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam showing us this. Because difficult to find people, perfect people. But with this, with your intention, Allāh جل جلاله, in shā’a Llāh, make good gathering with good people. It protect you, protect your family also from bad thing, bad action, bad people. Allāh جل جلاله reward you and Allāh جل جلاله keep us to be together, in shā’a Llāh, with good people.
Allāh جل جلاله send all our praying to send good people, in shā’a Llāh, to be together, in shā’a Llāh.
Wa-min Allāhi t-tawfīq, al-Fātiḥah.
