LOVE AND ADORE ALLAH

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

KNOW ALLAH WELL!
TO KNOW HIM IS TO LOVE HIM AND ADORE HIM.

1. What does it profit a man whereupon living in this world neglects to lift layers of veils within his heart!
   Isn’t Marifa the prime and high purpose of a man’s creation?
   Isn’t the primary reason why God created man and giving him cause to his existence is to know Him, love Him and embrace Him?!
   “I am a hidden treasure and I love to be known, therein I created Man!” (Hadits Qudsi).
   “I have only created Jinns and men, that they may serve me.” QS.51:56.
   Now,

2. If you wish to know your own standing with Him, look at the state He has put you in, this very moment! More importantly does He rank and occupy uppermost or predominant in your heart? Or is
   He even in contention amongst the numerous competing demands clamouring for your attention 24/7/365!
3. When He Gives you obedience and importantly making you unaware of it because of Him; then know that He has indeed showered you liberally with His Graces, both inwardly and outwardly!
4. Your powers of intellect alone are incapable of reaching, beholding and beseeching Him. But the sublimity of your spiritual condition especially that of your inmost heart and soul would do justice.
5. Know that the best you can seek from Him is that which He Seeks from you!
6. Hope goes hand in hand with deeds; otherwise it will just simply be wishful thinking!
7. He is not to be feared that the paths (TORIQAH) to Him will confuse you – but only that your own whims and nafs will inevitably defeat you!
8. If you wish for glory that does not vanish, then do not glorify in a glory that vanishes.
9. The real journey is when the world’s dimensions are rolled away from you in order that you will see that the Hereafter is closer to you than yourself! It requires exitting the narrowness of the temporal form and out into the vastness of eternity and everlastingness.
10. That which the gnostics are from God is sincerity in servanthood and actual performances of the rights of Lordship.
11. He has illumined outward appearances with the lights of His created vestiges. Moreover, He Illumined inmost hearts with lights of His Attributes!
    Whilst the lights of created vestiges set at night, but strangely the lights of hearts of most inmost soul would never set.
    Hence, is it anymore mystifying that the day sun goes down in the evening but the sun of the gnostic hearts never ever goes down!

SIGNS OF HEARTS THAT ARE DEAD.

14. When there is the absence of sadness over the acts of obedience that you have neglected; the wantonness of disobedience,
    and the absence or abandonment of regret and remorse over the mistakes and errors of your ways!
15. His Amazing Mercies each time precede His Wrath! His Omnipresence and all Encompassing Mercies overwhelm both allies and adversaries, faithfuls and sinners alike.
16. Know that there is no minor sins when His Justice confronts you;
    and there is no major sins when His Grace confronts you!
17. God Ordains some people to live in idolatry.
    God Makes some people remain in the service of Him;
    whilst He unilaterally singles out others to love only Him!
18. The situation in which the Believer and Faithful returns to Him in the end of days (Judgment Day) is likened to the return of the prodigal son to the open embrace of the family who have long suffered the pangs and angst consequent upon the years of waiting for and missing him!
19. Whilst the situation in which the sinner returns to Him (انا لله) is likened to the forceful capture and return of the slave servant back to his waiting and extremely irate n livid Master!
20. Do not assume that all your ritual devotions and piousness must qualify positions of rank in God’s Paradise! If at all you should enter Paradise it is purely out of vast Mercies bestowed upon you by Almighty God, Glorious and Exalted is He!
21. If at all He reverses legitimacies upon His servants for diverse reasons, who is there to object or disagree because He is the Most Supreme, Most High & Most Exalted!
22. “For God loves those who turn to Him constantly and those who remain pure and clean. إن الله يحب التوابين ويحب المتطهرين – (QS 2:222).
23. If you undertake one (1) step towards Him, He will take ten (10) towards you!
24. When He is smitten by your religious vigor, stead‐fastness n predilection to do good while enhancing your every devotion to only Him, Almighty God will confer His own Attributes in substitution of your own.
    Your faculties of sight, hearing, speech and movements will entirely be overwhelmed by His Most Powerful Attributes! حتى احبه، فاذا احببته كنت عينه التي يبصر بها، وسمعه الذي يسمع به، ويده التي يبطش بها. (Hadits Qudsi).
25. The Divine possibilities are indeed inexhaustive that they will manifest in ways linked to the processes, progresses and ascensions of respective Maqams and ranks of His Lordship.
26. Such are the bounties of thy Lord; and the bounties of thy Lord are immensely unlimited! In summary, twenty four codes/maxims as in your 24 hours in each day of your lives to live by!
