Dr. Ahmad Javid A legendary Sufi Author

We the members of Global Sufi Media (GSM) team are pleased to Introduce you with a Sufi Author of Sarwari Qaderi Tariqa including his works. Through his works, he tried to focus in depth at very logical and mystic folds of the Tariqa Sarwari Qaderi, is a very remarkable afford.

Ahmad Javid is a consummate physician, mystic and scholar and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

He was born in Pakistan, a twelfth-generation Sufi, and raised in a traditional religious and spiritual household. He has experienced the reality of Sufism from an early age. He received his medical degree from Khyber Medical College, Peshawar, Pakistan, in 1973. He is a diplomat in pediatrics from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons, Glasgow, and the University College, Dublin, Ireland. He spent seventeen years in Iran, where he extensively studied Sufi literature and poetry.

He came to the United States in 1993 and finished residency training in pediatrics from Columbia University, New York, where he served as a chief resident as well.

He has been conferred with the khirqa (cloak) of the Sarwari Qaderi order of Sufis and he has published Sufi Light: the secret of meditation and The Spirit of a Sultan, both are available on Amazon.com.

When life deals you a tough blow, when you pray but the heavens are silent, when it is taking longer than you want. I know it is easy to feel forgotten.

But when loneliness sets in look towards God’s promise, “I will not forget you. I have engraved you into the palm of My hand.”

You are not forgotten, you are not abandoned.

God remembers you. In fact, even right now, He is working in your life, so, at the right time, in your due season, you will accomplish more than you ever thought possible.
