Rasūlullāh ﷺ prayed within the Ka’bah

This photo was taken inside the Ka’bah. The white marking on the floor represents the place that Rasūlullāh ﷺ prayed within the Ka’bah when he entered on the Day of Conquest.

On that day, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ destroyed the 360 idols which were around the Ka’bah and purified the Ka’bah from every act of disbelief. The Prophet ﷺ then saw drawings of Prophet Ibrahim and Sayyidah Maryam within the Ka’bah so he refused to enter until they were removed. He then entered and prayed within the Ka’bah. Peace and blessings be upon the Prophet ﷺ who taught us Tawhid.
